1/4 Cup | Psyllium Husk Fibre
1/2 Cup | Flax Seed Meal
2 | Eggs
1/4 Cup | Coconut Flour
1/8 Cup | Chopped Jalapeno (Optional)
To Taste | Garlic, Parsley, Dry Mustard.
1/2 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup | Chia Seed Meal
1 Cup | Natural NutraLean
1/3 Cup | Grated Sharp Cheese
1 TBSP | Olive Oil
1 TBSP | Baking Soda
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into small loaf pan
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
