Low Carb Jalapeno Cheese Protein Bread
Bread is off limits? NOT ANYMORE! I make bread twice a week, and it's SO easy and SUPER HEALTHY too!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup | Psyllium Husk Fibre
- 1/2 Cup | Flax Seed Meal
- 2 | Eggs
- 1/4 Cup | Coconut Flour
- 1/8 Cup | Chopped Jalapeno (Optional)
- To Taste | Garlic, Parsley, Dry Mustard.
- 1/2 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cup | Chia Seed Meal
- 1 Cup | Natural NutraLean
- 1/3 Cup | Grated Sharp Cheese
- 1 TBSP | Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP | Baking Soda
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into small loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Recipe makes 1 Loaf or 18 slices
