I am a certified personal trainer with CanFitPro, and I have competed in body building competitions since 2003 at both the provincial level as well as on the national level.

I'm passionate about  helping my clients to reach their fitness and health goals, whether it's to drop that excess weight, to compete in a fitness show or to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

I believe the journey is just as important as the destination.

As a Dad of 3 beautiful kids, I enjoy spending time with my children, sitting out by the water and cooking the perfect steaks up for family and friends.
