INGREDIENTS:Nutracelle Egg Muffins

4 scoops Natural Nutralean

1/2 cup of water or unsweetened almond, coconut, or soy milk,

8 eggs.

 


DIRECTIONS:

1.Mix Nutralean and liquid in a shaker cup.

2.Shake for a few seconds until smooth.

3.Add in eggs and shake until mixed well.

4.Pour into muffin tin until 3/4 full (you can use muffin liners for even easier clean up!)

5.Add your favourite ingredients to the batter in the pan and press it down a bit.

6.Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Enjoy all week!
