Shipping Policy

Nutracelle ships your order right to your home. Our warehouse is closed to the public.

We ship orders within Canada and the United States.

All orders will be sent by Canada Post.

All orders are that are shipped, use a minimum Expedited Shipping Service. We do not 'Safe Drop' orders, as we want to ensure that you receive your order. If you are not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the parcel will be sent to a Canada Post Outlet office for pick-up. A notice card will be left with outlining the location of fore mentioned Canada Post Office.

Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Please note that Canada Post tracking information might not show any new updates until it reaches a regional sortation facilty near the destination. There is no need for concern if your tracking information does not update for several days. Please notify us if you do not receive your order/parcel past 48 hours after the standard delivery date. We will contact Canada Post to find and resolve the problem.

Order Address Errors:
If your order was placed with an incorrect address due to customer error and your package will be 'Returned To Sender' via Canada Post after leaving our warehouse; we will charge an additional fee before any address corrections can be made to ship the order to correct address. For the cost of the return and the reshipment of the parcel, we will contact you on the cost of this charge.

Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the 'checkout page'. Please ensure all information you provide is correct.

*Shipments of excessive weight or those arriving to extremely rural/remote areas that require extra shipping, which have an 'Air Stage Office**', charges levied by Canada Post may not qualify for our flat shipping rate. We will contact you regarding the additional charges for authorization prior to processing your order. Delivery times to these areas from Canada Post may be extended.

Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available only on monthly or every-second-month plans, unless otherwise stated. 3 for FREE bonus shipments require shipping and handling fees. Free Shipping does not include any duty or taxes, as these are the sole responsibility of the customer.
