My family loves it when I bake these Macaroons. No matter how many I make, they seem to be devoured in minutes! These easy delicious little treats make the perfect snack for lunches, after-school or any time!


1. Make Your Base

2. Add Your Flavourings

3. Bake it up!


INGREDIENTS:Nutracelle Macaroons isolated

  • 2 cups dried unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup granular stevia
  • 1/2 cup Nutralean
  • 1/2 cup egg whites


  1. Mix all your ingredients together.
  2. Add in any flavors you feel like.
  3. Place in spoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper.
  4. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes. Enjoy all week!

Lemon Cheesecake

Add yellow food coloring and lemon extract



Add cherry baking extract and red food coloring



Add sugar free Pistachio Jello Mix



Add raspberry baking extract and red food coloring


Mocha Chocolate

Use Mocha Coffee & Add 1/4 cup cocoa


Blueberry Cheesecake

Add 4 tbsp cream cheese and 1/4 cup mashed blueberries


Orange Cream

Add Orange baking extract or sugar-free orange Jello


Strawberry Cream

Add sugar-free strawberry Jello or 1/2 cup mashed strawberries



Add pineapple baking extract or sugar-free pineapple Jello


Salted Caramel

Add caramel baking extract and sprinkle with sea salt


Chocolate Peanut Butter

Use Chocolate Dream & add 1/4 peanut or soy nut butter


Pumpkin Spice

Add pumpkin spices and 1/4 cup plain pumpkin puree


Double Chocolate

Use Chocolate Dream & add 1/4 cup cocoa, and sugar-free chocolate chips


Key Lime Pie

Add lime baking extract or sugar-free lime Jello
