INGREDIENTS:

- 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise and then Mix and Match!
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix everything together in a small container or bowl.
- Whisk for a few seconds until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 15 -30 minutes.
- Double or even triple for bigger batches
- Enjoy all week!

- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs (dill, chives, marjoram, etc)
- 1/2 Tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste

- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
JALAPENO
- Diced jalapenos or some jalapeno powder
- shredded cheese

MUSHROOM MAGIC
- Sautee 3-4 medium mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp diced onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 Tsp onion powder
BACON BLISS
- 2 tbsp crumbled bacon
- 1 Tbsp diced onion
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp minced chives
GREEN ONION
- green onions
- red onions
- chives
- shallots
SEXY SRIRACHA
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (or to your preference)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
DILL DELIGHT
- 2 tbsp finely diced cucumber
- 2 tsp lemon
- 1 tsp dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
SPINACH & KALE
- 2 tbsp finely chopped kale & spinach
- 1 tbsp diced water chestnuts
- garlic, onion, dill powder to taste
HONEY MUSTARD
- 1 Tbsp deli mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp Stevia or Sugar-Free Pancake Syrup to taste
CILANTRO DIP
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice
- garlic, cumin, salt to taste

RASPBERRY
- Use Vanilla Nutralean.
- Replace mayo with 2 Tbsp cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp diced raspberries
CHOCOLATE
- Use Chocolate Nutralean.
- Replace mayo with 2 Tbsp cottage cheese or yogurt
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp stevia
CINNAMON
- Use Vanilla Nutralean.
- Replace mayo with 2 Tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp stevia
CARAMEL
- Use Vanilla or Chocolate Nutralean.
- Replace mayo with 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt,
- add caramel baking extract to taste

CREAM CHEESE
Replace the mayo with cream cheese for a thicker dip packed with protein, perfect for spread on your protein bread or bagels!
