To stay well-hydrated, aim to drink half your body weight in ounces of water throughout the day (i.e. 150 lbs = 75 ounces). We all know drinking water all the time can be a bit blah, so try adding whole fruit to make your sips more exciting!
Making fruit-infused water is easy... it just takes a little preparation. For a delicious fruit infusion at home, fill a large pitcher with filtered water. Slice up your desired ingredients and add them to the pitcher. Allow chilling in the refrigerator overnight. This will give the flavors a chance to seep into the water. Keep refrigerated and grab a glass anytime you need to hydrate. For a smaller, on-the-go version simply slip prepared ingredients into a water bottle before you leave the house. Add more water throughout the day.
