Creating Lifestyle Daily Meal Habits
Welcome to your #nutrameals! This habit sheet will help you understand what to eat for the long-term so you can always make the best food choices - even if your meal plan isn’t right in front of you. This will all come naturally to you as you create new daily habits!
YOUR BREAKFAST HABIT
This meal centers around your Nutralean, so you feel full for hours. Have a Nutralean scramble with some raspberries or blueberries or a NutraPerfect Pancake. Or begin your day with a Nutralean Mocha Coffee, or start on the right foot with your Nutracelle Shake or NutraBlaster
YOUR LUNCH HABIT
Fuel-up for the afternoon with a healthy lunch! Focus on the combination of lean protein and fiber with tons of veggies on the side. Prep some veggies and dip with Nutralean and you are good to go! (If you are on the 7-Day Kick Start, your lunch will be a Nutralean shake or smoothie).
YOUR FLUIDS HABIT
Power-up throughout the day by drinking lots of fluids. You need to get in 3 liters of water a day (including from your shakes!), so drinking your infused water, herbal teas, green tea (and more) throughout the day is a major key to your success. Remember, drinking more water helps expand the prebiotic fiber in your shake to increase your fullness!
YOUR DINNER HABIT
This is your Lean & Green dinner! Combine lean proteins like chicken and fish with unlimited green veggies and some healthy fats. Add Natural Nutralean to your food, dressings, sauces and even have a side of healthy fiber-filled bread from our recipe books. Eat a minimum 2 hours before going to bed.
YOUR SNACK HABIT
The evening is your time to de-stress and relax. Enjoy some herbal tea with some Vanilla Nutralean. Feel free to add warm, unsweetened almond or coconut milk. You can also have a small serving of a Protein Treat, like plain Greek yogurt mixed with Chocolate Dream Nutralean for a delicious pudding, or make an easy Nutralean Mug Cake.
