Mix 4 oz lean ground turkey breast with an egg white for each burger patty. Add in seasoning, one scoop of Natural Nutralean and mix thoroughly. Form into a patty & grill until cooked through.
BEEF BURGER
Mix 4 oz lean ground beef with an egg white for each burger patty. Add in seasoning, one scoop of Natural Nutralean and mix thoroughly. Form into a patty & grill until cooked through.
SALMON BURGER
Thoroughly mash ½ can of canned salmon Add in 1 scoop of Natural Nutralean, a spoonful of Greek yogurt and 1 egg white for each patty. Season with your favorite spices and mix thoroughly. Form into a patty & grill until cooked through.
