Going all the Whey: Gillian's Journey

Hey everyone!

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Gillian Butt. I'm a 57 year old retired, 35 year veteran of the hairstyling business. I retired 4 years ago due to a crippling form of arthritis that pretty much attacked my feet and toes. I've also had a weight problem my entire life and it's put a lot of stress on my joints, especially my knees and my back as well as my feet.

 


Melanie Wildman, the CEO and founder of Nutracelle has invited me to share my journey with you all in a weekly blog! Now, let me tell you, I'm not a writer but I thought that I would step outside my comfort zone and give this blog writing a try. I'll be sharing my successes, my setbacks (the good, the bad, and the ugly) and even some photos and recipes of some of the amazing smoothies and protein treats that I've been able to make with Nutralean!

It's been a little over 6 weeks since I started with Nutracelle and I've taken to it like a fish to water. I've dropped 16 pounds so far using this product and 5 previously just on my own. I'm loving all the different smoothie recipes that have been posted all this month!! I've even made some delicious protein treats such as the chocolate brownies, and recently made my first loaf of bread.

In my next blog, I'll share some of my struggles with my weight losses and gains over the years. I know many of you will be able to relate. You are not alone!! Hopefully, through my own motivation, I can help keep YOU motivated as well!! So, onward I go....join me again soon!!

1 cup | unsweetened coconut milk
1cup | frozen raspberries
2 tbsp | coconut oil
2 scoops | Vanilla Nutralean
Optional free sugar free coconut flavouring to taste
