Easiest Crab Cake Recipe
These flavorful fishcakes are made with canned crab, mayo, Natural Nutralean, and a few other common pantry items. Sink your teeth into these crunchy healthy rounds, and feel great knowing they're packed with gut-healing prebiotic protein. Pair with your favourite salad, or enjoy on their own - they're the perfect recipe for versatility.
2 cans crab meat (~250g)
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp garlic powder or garlic plus
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup diced onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 scoop Natural Nutralean
In a large mixing bowl, combine ingredients until mixed well. *If your mixture is too moist to form into cakes, add 1-2 tbsp Natural Nutralean
*If your mixture seems dry, add 1-2 tbsp more mayo
Form into fishcake sizes, recipe makes 8 evenly-sized cakes
Spray air-fryer pan with cooking spray, and lay fish cakes in a single layer - avoid letting them touch or they will cook stuck together. Spray the top of the fish cakes with cooking spray.
Bake for 10 minutes and flip, bake for additional 5 minutes until outside layer is golden and crispy.
