Keto French Toast Sticks
This flour-less recipe is easy to make and boasts all of the nostalgic flavors of your favourite French Toast breakfast. Skip the simple carbohydrates in this keto-friendly version, and enjoy this treat guilt-free. Made with Vanilla Nutralean, this protein-packed snack is proudly gluten-free, tree nut-free, and peanut-free!
8 Whole Eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
4 oz melted cream cheese
1 TBSP vanilla extract
1/4 cup Vanilla Nutralean
1/4 cup granular sweetener
1/4 tsp cinnamon + more for top of loaf
Preheat oven to 350. Line your loaf pan with parchment paper. *optional but recommended: spray parchment-lined pan with non-stick spray.
Combine ingredients using a hand-mixer or whisk until batter is smooth.
Fill loaf pan until 3/4 full, sprinkle top of loaf with extra cinnamon and swirl with butter knife.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Allow loaf to cool and slice into even-thickness slices.
Melt butter in frying pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
