- 1 scoop of Vanilla Nutralean
- 1 tbs of coconut flour
- 1/4 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- To taste liquid stevia
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine dry ingredients together and mix.
- Mix in egg, coconut milk, and if desired liquid stevia.
- Pour into a greased mug.
- Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds.
