Decadent 60 Second Vanilla Microwave Mug Cake

This delightfully yummy vanilla mug-cake is what dreams are made of! Fluffy, sweet, and even better than store-bought cake, you'll get your sweet tooth satisfied while still keeping your weight loss goals in check.  One-dish and microwaved means less time AND dishes for you, and the whole family can make their own!  Everyone wins! Lose weight with the food you love - and feel like you're cheating every day! Packed with whey protein and prebiotic fiber - the ideal protein and fiber for weight loss, you'll never know this mug cake is healthy. Neither will your family!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1 tbs of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • To taste liquid stevia

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine dry ingredients together and mix.
  2. Mix in egg, coconut milk, and if desired liquid stevia.
  3. Pour into a greased mug.
  4. Microwave for 60 - 90 seconds. 
    (watch your mug every microwave is different)
  5. allow to cool and enjoy!
