- 3 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup milk of choice
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup coconut flour
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan or prepare baking cups.
In a medium bowl, combine ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
Fill each muffin tin 3/4 with batter.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until just slightly brown around the edges and a toothpick comes out clean. For full-sized muffins, bake for 20 minutes.]
