Slow Cooker Chicken Stew 

Slow cooker meals are great for saving time while simultaneously providing you and your family with a hearty, wholesome meal.  Cooking for the ones you love  is one of the best universal love languages, but that doesn't mean you have to spend hours in the kitchen (unless you really want to) creating a complicated, intricate meal.  Meals like this easy, one-pot chicken stew will have your family feeling all of the comfort and love, without taking up too much of your time.

Adding Natural Nutralean to your soups/stews*

When adding your protein powder, you'll want to make sure it's either combined previously with a liquid going into the recipe (if your recipe is a hot one), or it's being added in the final stages.  If you're using an immersion blender, you can add your Natural Nutralean (or Natural NutraVegan) in the final stage and then blend it all together smoothly.

Adding Natural Nutralean directly into the final stages of your recipe will make it harder to mix the protein in properly, so I would recommend using a large slotted ladle, or hand strainer, to separate your vegetables and chicken from the broth prior to adding your cream cheese (see instructions). Once this is done, add 2 scoops of Natural protein powder and whisk until well-combined.  

Add your ingredients back together and continue with step #2 in instructions.

The result?  A filling, deliciously healthy stew with a gorgeous creamy tomato base.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stew Recipe 

This recipe makes 5-6 servings, but would be easy to double for a larger family or even for meal prep purposes! It also freezes perfectly. Throw in your favourite veggies and spices for a delicious restaurant-worthy meal every time.
