You’ll reap all of the benefits from peppermint, along with the amazing benefits of protein and fiber, without the added sugar and carbs.


  • 1 Cup | Ice
  • 1/2 Cup | Unsweetened Coconut Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 Cup | Cottage Cheese
  • 1 TSP | Peppermint Extract
  • Few drops | Red food colouring
  • 3 Scoops | Vanilla Nutralean


  1. Add ice, milk, cottage cheese, 3 scoops of Vanilla Nutralean, peppermint extract, few drops of food colouring into a blender. 
  2. Blend until thick and smooth!

Recipe makes 3 servings
