Decadent DIY Protein Frosty.

Did you know one Wendy’s Frosty has a minimum of 600 calories, 76 grams of sugar, and over 100 carbs?! Skip the drive-thru and the unnecessary fats by making your own delicious high-protein, high-fiber, and no added sugar version!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (no added sugar)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or unsweetened milk of choice)
  • 2 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1/4 tsp  guar gum
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
  • 2 cups ice

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all of the ingredients into your blender. Blend until thick and creamy!

This recipe makes 2 servings,
