Unicorn Frappuccino

For the blue syrup:

  • 1/4 cup whipping cream or canned coconut milk (thicker is better)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate or Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1 tsp guar gum powder (to thicken)
  • Either: Unsweetened Koolaid in Blue Rasberry Flavour packet (hard to get in Canada) OR 1 1/2 tsp Citric Acid. This will make it sour.
  • Neon Food Colouring

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together until thick like a syrup,
  2. Add more guar gum to thicken if needed. (If you don't have guar, you can use cornstarch, it will just add a few carbs)
  3. Put in a squeeze bottle or an icing piping bag and "ice" the syrup along the insides of the cup in a V shape.

For the Frapp:

  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Mango-Peach water flavouring like Mio
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
  • For sweet, add a bit of stevia.
  • Pink neon food colouring
  • 1 cup of ice
  • (If you want it thicker, you can add 1/2 cup of cottage cheese)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend ingredients together
  2. Pour into cup
  3. Enjoy!

Topping:

  1. Use a can of whipped cream (watch for sugar!), or whip some cream in a stand mixer with stevia.
  2. Using a sandwich bag with a hole in one corner (or an icing piping bag) pipe the whipped cream on top.
  3. Add pink and blue sprinkles.
