Ingredients:

  • 1 TBSP Chia Seed + 2 TBSP hot water
  • 2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup - Unsweetened Milk
  • 4 Scoops - Chocolate Nutralean

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Let chia seed soak in the water for 15-30 minutes.
