Maple Cinnamon Roll SmoothieMove over Tim Hortons, there is a new healthy maple shake on the block!!! Today we have our special guest Jennifer Read with an easy HEALTHY way to make a sinful Maple Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake!
- 2 cups unsweetened milk of choice (coconut or almond milk)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 4 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
- Mix ice, cottage cheese, milk, cinnamon/nutmeg, maple extract, and Vanilla Nutralean in a blender until thick and creamy.
