Maple Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Move over Tim Hortons, there is a new healthy maple shake on the block!!! Today we have our special guest Jennifer Read with an easy HEALTHY way to make a sinful Maple Cinnamon Roll Protein Shake!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups unsweetened milk of choice (coconut or almond milk)
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese 
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Nutralean

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix ice, cottage cheese, milk, cinnamon/nutmeg, maple extract, and Vanilla Nutralean in a blender until thick and creamy.

This recipe makes 4 servings,
