Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie.


Today we have a very special guest, Denise Kominetsky! She is a Canadian National Figure Competitor, a TLC Reality TV Star, and a Nutracelle Success Executive! Her favourite treat is peanut butter, so let's enjoy yummy & nostalgic Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shakes that will take you back to the days of packed school lunches!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup | Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup | Unsweetened Soy Nut Butter or Peanut Butter 
  • 2 Cups | Unsweetened Soy, Coconut or Almond Milk
  • 3 Scoops | Natural Nutralean
  • To Taste | Sweetener

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add frozen strawberries, soy nut butter, milk, 3 scoops Natural Nutralean, and liquid sweetener.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy.

Recipe makes 3 servings
