Maple Macaroons Dipped in Chocolate


Who doesn't love easy sugar-free, nut-free, gluten-free, high-fiber, protein treats? My husband asks me to bake these awesome treats all of the time and my children love taking them to school!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1 1/2 Cup | Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup | Egg Whites
  • 1/2 | Cup Equivalent Sweetener 
  • 2 TSP | Maple Extract
  • Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips to Taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Add sweetener, maple extract and egg whites
  4. Mix well
  5. Line pan with parchment paper and scoop batter onto the pan
  6. Bake for 20 minutes
  7. Let macaroons cool
  8. Melt the chocolate chips in microwave, stirring every 15 seconds
  9. Dip macaroons into the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper

Recipe makes 80 Macaroons
