Any Flavour Perfect Protein Coconut Balls



Most people who are trying to lose weight think they can't have snacks! But you CAN! As long as what you're choosing to snack on is healthy. Try these delicious little treats that are high in protein and super easy-to-make!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup | Dried Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1/2 Cup | coconut flour
  • 1 PKG | Sugar-Free Jello (any flavour you like)
  • 1/2 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl
  2. Add Greek yogurt and mix well
  3. Form into balls and place on a tray
  4. Roll in coconut if desired

Recipe makes 50 balls.
