- 1/2 cup egg white (pasteurized)
- 4 scoops Vanilla Cream Nutralean
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup of stevia or liquid sucralose
- 1/2 cup unsweetened milk (coconut, soy or almond)
- 1 cup ice
- yellow food colouring
Optional: Top with meringue from the No Bake Lemon Meringue Pie Recipe and brown with a creme brûlée torch!
