Vanilla Cream Cheese Protein Icing

I created this recipe because I love cream cheese icing - but I don't want the sugar for my family. I use it for most of my protein cakes and cupcakes. No one can believe it's sugar-free and tastes as delicious as it does. It's super easy - you can whip it together in a couple of minutes, it ices really easy - and it's very pretty on your baking too!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Packages (16oz) | Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 1/2 Cup | Vanilla NutraLean
  • 1 Cup | 35% Whipping Cream (the video directions are incorrect, although it would just be a stiffer icing with less cream)
  • 1/2 Cup Stevia

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put Cream Cheese in Bowl and Add Whipping Cream
  2. Blend on Low until it starts to mix up a bit- then change to Medium Blend
  3. Add in and mix well 1/2 Cup of Stevia
  4. Make SURE IT'S A CREAMY CONSISTENCY (No lumps!)
  5. Add 1/4 of protein powder at a time with LOW beater setting


Recipe makes 3 Cups of icing or 16 servings
