Bat Treats with 'Faux' Oreo Crusts

I made these for my son's sleepover with his friends. A house full of 8-year boys - help! His friends loved them though - and they are really high in protein, sugar-free, and super healthy. - so you can feel great about giving your kids the nutrition they need - and you can sneak a few for yourself too!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup | Stevia
  • 1 Cup | Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Cup | Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1 Cup | 35% Fat Cream

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cream together the cream and the cottage cheese until smooth
  2. then add in the other ingredients and pipe onto your faux-oreo crust bottoms!
  3. Chill, serve and enjoy!

 

For the base, use our "Faux-Oreo" Crust Recipe. Press very firmly into a mini cupcake tin and spray or coat with water before baking.
