Healthy Home Made Gluten Free Cherry Protein Macaroons

My family loves it when I bake these Cherry Protein Macaroons. No matter how many I make, they seem to be devoured in minutes! These easy delicious little treats make the perfect snack for lunches, after-school or anytime!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 Cup | Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1 Package | Sugar-Free Cherry Jello
  • 1/2 Cup | Egg Whites

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 300
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Add the egg whites and mix well
  4. Scoop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
  5. Bake for 20 minutes

 

Recipe makes 48 Macaroons
