Healthy Home Made Gluten Free Cherry Protein Macaroons
My family loves it when I bake these Cherry Protein Macaroons. No matter how many I make, they seem to be devoured in minutes! These easy delicious little treats make the perfect snack for lunches, after-school or anytime!
Cherry Protein Macaroons
1 1/2 Cup | Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/2 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
1 Package | Sugar-Free Cherry Jello
1/2 Cup | Egg Whites
Preheat oven to 300
Mix dry ingredients together
Add the egg whites and mix well
Scoop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20 minutes
Let cool, and enjoy!
