Low Carb Jalapeno Cheese Protein Bread

Bread is off limits? NOT ANYMORE! I make bread twice a week, and it's SO easy and SUPER HEALTHY too!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 Cup | Psyllium Husk Fibre
  • 1/2 Cup | Flax Seed Meal
  • 2 | Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup | Coconut Flour
  • 1/8 Cup | Chopped Jalapeno (Optional)
  • To Taste | Garlic, Parsley, Dry Mustard.
  • 1/2 Cup | Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup | Chia Seed Meal
  • 1 Cup | Natural NutraLean
  • 1/3 Cup | Grated Sharp Cheese
  • 1 TBSP | Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP | Baking Soda

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Pour into small loaf pan
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes


Recipe makes 1 Loaf or 18 slices
