Mint Chocolate Protein Donuts

Donuts have always been off limits for people who have to watch what they eat.. But not anymore! These Healthy Chocolate Mint Protein Donuts are easy, gluten free, high in protein, and so delicious! Let us show you how to make them from scratch!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Chocolate Nutralean
  • 2 tbs cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup equivalent to sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/3 cup mint chocolate chips

 

INGREDIENTS for PROTEIN ICING

  • 1 cup Chocolate Nutralean
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp mint flavour extract
  • 2 tbs equivalent sugar substitute

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix dry ingredients together
  3. Mix sweetener in with Greek yogurt 
  4. Mix all ingredients together
  5. Pour after into a zipper bag and pour into donut pan
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
  7. Let cool
  8. Mix icing ingredients together
  9. Pour icing into a small zipper bag
  10. Cut a small hole on one corner and ice the donuts


This recipe makes 24 small donuts
