Ginger Snaps are chock full of carbs and sugar – averaging 25g of carbohydrates and 6g of sugar PER cookie! Love the taste of ginger snaps and can’t fathom giving them up during this season? Check out this low sugar and low carb smoothie! You’ll get all of the ginger snap taste with barely any of the carbs and sugar.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 Cup | coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 Cup | full-fat whipping cream
  • 1 Cup | ice
  • 1/4 TSP | nutmeg
  • 1 TSP | ginger
  • 1/2 TSP | cinnamon
  • 1/4 TSP | salt
  • 4 Scoops | Vanilla Nutralean

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until thick and smooth.
