Lobster and Crab Protein Cupcakes

These are so delicious and decadent, while also being high in protein!

PREP:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Pat dough into muffin tin and lift up a little on the sides, Use a spray that has olive oil in the pan.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 oz | Cream Cheese (full or low fat)
  • 1/2 Cup | Crab Meat
  • 1/2 Cup | Lobster Meat
  • 1/4 Cup | Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup | Green Onion
  • 1 Cup | Cheese
  • 2 Scoops | Natural Nutralean

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add all ingredients into a bowl (excluding Nutralean and cheese).
  3. If you want it to increase moisture add 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream or unsweetened milk.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Add in Natural Nutralean.
  6. Scoop mixture into buns in a muffin tin. Push it in and add a little bit more on top.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
