Lobster and Crab Protein CupcakesThese are so delicious and decadent, while also being high in protein!
Hamburger Bun Recipe:
- Pat dough into muffin tin and lift up a little on the sides, Use a spray that has olive oil in the pan.
- 4 oz | Cream Cheese (full or low fat)
- 1/2 Cup | Crab Meat
- 1/2 Cup | Lobster Meat
- 1/4 Cup | Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup | Green Onion
- 1 Cup | Cheese
- 2 Scoops | Natural Nutralean
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add all ingredients into a bowl (excluding Nutralean and cheese).
- If you want it to increase moisture add 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream or unsweetened milk.
- Mix all together.
- Add in Natural Nutralean.
- Scoop mixture into buns in a muffin tin. Push it in and add a little bit more on top.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
