Prepare our Hamburger Bun Recipe ahead of time
4 oz | Cream Cheese (full or low fat)
1/2 Cup | Crab Meat
1/2 Cup | Lobster Meat
1/4 Cup | Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup | Green Onion
1 Cup | Cheese
2 Scoops | Natural Nutralean
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients into a bowl (excluding Nutralean and cheese).
If you want it to increase moisture add 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream or unsweetened milk.
Mix all together.
Add in Natural Nutralean.
Scoop mixture into buns in a muffin tin. Push it in and add a little bit more on top.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
