Old Fashioned Vanilla Protein Milkshake

Let's kick it old school this week with this SUPER healthy Old Fashioned Vanilla 'Milk'shake recipe! My family LOVES the taste of this shake, plus it's thick, creamy, and delicious!



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup | Coconut Milk (or other milk)
  • 1/4 Cup | Whipping Cream
  • 1 Cup | Ice
  • 2 Scoops | Vanilla Nutralean

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add ingredients into blender
  2. Blend until thick and creamy!

Recipe makes 2 servings
