Perfect Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie


Who says pumpkin is only a Fall flavour? Not us! Today, we are making Pumpkin Protein Shakes full of protein and fiber! They are low in carbohydrates, too! The best part? They are DELICIOUS!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 Cup | Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup | Cottage Cheese
  • 2 TSP | Pumpkin Spices
  • 1 Cup | Ice
  • 2 Scoops | Vanilla NutraLean
  • 1/2 Cup | Milk (your choice!)
  • Touch | Sweetener

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add milk, ice, pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, pumpkin spices, Vanilla NutraLean, and sweetener into a blender.
  2. Blend until thick and creamy!
Recipe makes 2 servings
