1/2 Cup | Cottage Cheese
2 TSP | Pumpkin Spices
1 Cup | Ice
1/2 Cup | Milk (your choice!)
Touch | Sweetener
Add milk, ice, pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, pumpkin spices, Vanilla NutraLean, and sweetener into a blender.
Blend until thick and creamy!
