Perfect Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie
Who says pumpkin is only a Fall flavour? Not us! Today, we are making Pumpkin Protein Shakes full of protein and fiber! They are low in carbohydrates, too! The best part? They are DELICIOUS!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Cup | Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Cup | Cottage Cheese
- 2 TSP | Pumpkin Spices
- 1 Cup | Ice
- 2 Scoops | Vanilla NutraLean
- 1/2 Cup | Milk (your choice!)
- Touch | Sweetener
DIRECTIONS:
- Add milk, ice, pumpkin puree, cottage cheese, pumpkin spices, Vanilla NutraLean, and sweetener into a blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy!
