Perfect Protein Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Imagine this: a warm, moist muffin fresh out of the oven slathered with butter just waiting for you to take the first bite. Now imagine that same yummy muffin helping you lose weight! Typically when you decide it's time to lose weight, things like muffins and donuts are the first to go on the "do not eat" list. Well, thanks to Protein Treats by Nutracelle you can still indulge in delicious muffins like our pumpkin spice muffin recipe without worrying about the sugar and unhealthy additives.   • 1 1/2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3/4 Cups Coconut flour
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tbs Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbs Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut milk
  • 6 Scoops Vanilla Nutralean


  1. Mix all of your ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Spray muffin tin or use muffin liners.
  3. Bake Muffins at 350 for 30 min.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
