Kick sugar for real, we can help!
Did you know? One of the best things you can do for your gut (and skin, hair, etc) is cut out sugar. Easier said than done, right? We have the solution: Nutracelle products will help you with that by helping you to make all of your favourite sweets and treats in a healthy, sugar-free way. Trust me. As a self-proclaimed junk-food-aholic, I didn't think it was possible to kick my sugar habits. But, here I am. Four years in, and feeling better than ever.
That's a big part of our mission, after all. We want to bring sugar-free, healthy, allergen-friendly, delicious protein powders to the homes of families everywhere. When our CEO & Founder discovered a huge deficit in the market for healthy proteins, she knew there had to be a better way. Learn more about the power of our protein here.

It's easier to stay on track with support
I'm not just talking about our incredible NutraTalk Support Group, I mean support at home, too! You'd be surprised (or maybe you wouldn't) at how many parents I talk to about their goals, and the main confession I hear is, "Well with everyone else eating different things, it's so hard to focus on my diet." This breaks my heart because I know how much I've depended on the support of people closest to me, and how that support has gotten me through some hard times. I also know the struggle of balancing multiple meals for different people.
Don't get me wrong, I don't think anyone's spouses or children are being intentionally unsupportive, but sometimes by not being willing to try new things/join in on healthy recipes, you can accidentally encourage someone to go off track.
I'm lucky enough to have not only a supportive family back in PEI, but also my North Bay family has fallen in love with Nutracelle products as well! My fella, Justin, LOVES the treats I've been making, and so does his family. His sister and he are in agreement that our Lemon Cheesecake balls are AMAZING.
Get everyone to join the fun!
It's the best way to ensure participation. Have everyone choose a recipe together, and even better... get them to help you make it! Justin's oldest daughter helped with the prep for these yummy strawberry cream cheese balls and she talked happily the entire time about how delicious the batter was and how excited she was to package some up to take home for her mom and family at her other house!
It was so sweet to see how excited she was to help me make them, and to taste the end result of her hard work. She was a GREAT help! I can't wait to make more healthy treats with her.
My advice
If you're the only one in your family changing the way you eat... you're setting yourself up for struggle. Get everyone on board, even the pickiest eater will find something they love if they're really willing to try - trust me. Having the support of someone at home who understands your goals and wants to help you achieve them can make all the difference between staying on track or continuing bad habits.
Strawberry Cream Cheese Balls
I suggest making sure your cream cheese is room temperature, or maybe even just softened a little bit. This is always an interesting process at our place because we choose not to own a microwave, so I have to melt it in a little pot on the stove, or expertly maneuver our toaster oven. Nonetheless, it's a really helpful step when working with cream cheese. I also have made these twice, once I used raspberry Jell-O, and for this round we used strawberry Jell-O. Both were delicious, but we all agreed - the strawberry Jell-O ones were best!

If you missed it, I recently shared a recipe for Strawberry Fat Bombs also made with our Strawberry Nutralean. Both of these recipes use similar ingredients, so they're perfect for saving money on groceries and for meal prep!
Let me know what you think of this recipe! For a fun twist, make it with Vanilla Cream Nutralean and a different Jell-O flavor. I highly recommend trying orange, next! They're like yummy creamsicle balls.
