Chilled Low Sugar Chai Latte Smoothie


Chai Tea is one of my favourite go to snacks! I often make it as a hot tea, but today we're going to make an extremely cold and delicious Chai Tea Shake.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup chai tea
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or other unsweetened milk)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 scoops Vanilla NutraLean


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend until thick and creamy!

This recipe makes 2 servings,
