Wildberry Smoothie


They may be little, but blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries are highly nutritious and among the world’s most powerful sources of antioxidants. Berries are loaded with fiber, which helps you feel full (and eat less). But did you know berries are good for easing arthritis symptoms, too?
Blueberries are an incredible “superfood” that are low in calories and high in nutrients. This low-sugar, low-carb recipe will become your absolute favourite protein-packed full of nutrients shake!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries)
  • 1 tsp granular stevia

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put all your ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until thick and smooth.
