Yogurt Parfait


Store bought flavoured greek yogurt is almost always loaded with unhealthy sugars and fillers. By using unflavoured greek yogurt and adding in Nutralean you get a delicious way to get your protein in the morning. It's the perfect way to start your day. INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Nutralean 
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, walnuts
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries, blueberries or diced strawberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix Vanilla Nutralean and Greek yogurt.
  2. Add seeds or nuts and fresh berries. 
  3. Add a tbsp or more of Vanilla Greek Yogurt on top and sprinkle with remaining nuts, seeds and a handful of berries.
