Chocolate Mint Super Smoothie


Chocolate makes everything better. This smoothie is so rich and chocolatey you’d think it was sinful. But it’s so low in sugar, high in fiber and healthy fats. You could have one for breakfast. Add a little sugar-free whipped cream and it’s perfect for dessert.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 + 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 3 scoops Chocolate Nutralean  
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup baby spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream Fresh mint (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy!

Recipe makes 4 servings.
