Open Faced Chorizo


This quick and easy lunch is DELICIOUS. You can always be sure that if your craving something a little spicey this is gonna hit the spot!

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 slice of jalapeno bread
  • thinly sliced chorizo
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • To taste aged cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the over to 350
  2. Drizzle olive oil onto your bread.
  3. Add chorizo and cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted
Recipe makes 1 sandwich
