Delicious Low Carb Chocolate Mocha Protein Bars

Coffee lovers unite! Boy, do we have a treat for you.  These divine Chocolate Mocha Protein Bars will keep you full, energized, and loving your Nutracelle life!  High protein, high fiber, and low in net carbohydrates (ZERO SUGAR!).  You won't even believe how delicious these are!  Forget those store-bought protein bars that have sometimes up to 40g of net carbs per bar! Make one batch of these exquisite coffee protein bars and the whole family can enjoy them.  Send them to school with your kids, to work in your own lunch, or even just keep a plate of them ready in the kitchen.  They're the perfect snack to grab on the go when you're running errands.  Throw them in your purse, and feel confident knowing that if you run into a snaccident (get it? Snack-accident) that your protein treat has you covered.  You won't be reaching for any junky treats with these bad boys close by.  Curb your cravings, lose weight, and feel AWESOME.

Decadent chocolate with mouth-watering coffee... what more could you ask for?  You'll be caffeinated, energetic, happy and healthy! Who said losing weight has to mean cutting out your favourite things? NOT US!  We believe in taking our favourite foods and treats and making healthy versions that are packed with Nutracelle's whey protein and prebiotic fiber.

  • 2 tsp of instant coffee
  • 3 tbsp of brewed coffee (flavored if you want)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp of coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil - melted 
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 6 scoops Vanilla Mocha Nutralean
  • 1 tsp salt


  1. Mix dry ingredients until evenly mixed.
  2. Create a well in the center, and add liquids. Mix well.
  3. Pour mixture onto parchment-lined pan.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Press down as hard as you can until even.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into bars.
  8. Enjoy!
