Let's kick it old school this week with this SUPER healthy Old Fashioned Vanilla 'Milk'shake recipe! My family LOVES the taste of this shake, plus it's thick, creamy, and delicious!
2 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp butter flavor extract
1 cup unsweetened milk (almond, soy or coconut)
1 cup ice
Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
