Cinnamon Vanilla Milkshake
Let's kick it old school this week with this SUPER healthy Old Fashioned Vanilla 'Milk'shake recipe! My family LOVES the taste of this shake, plus it's thick, creamy, and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp butter flavor extract
- 1 cup unsweetened milk (almond, soy or coconut)
- 1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
- Enjoy.
