Sugar-Free Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Balls

Pack a few for yourself and everyone in your family.  Gluten free, nut free and low in sugar - these cinnamon vanilla protein balls are perfect for anyone who loves things that taste AMAZING! Move over Tim Horton's - these bite-sized cinnamon treats are the nation's new favourite.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • 1 Tsp Nutmeg
  • 3 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 6 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Add in wet ingredients and mix well.
  3. Roll dough into balls and roll in cinnamon mixture coating the outside.
  4. Place on parchment paper and chill for 30 min.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
This recipe makes 48 balls,

Wow this recipe is not only very healthy it needs minimal prepping and is so easy to make too. Its nice to start off the day eating something different for breakfast and these vanilla protein balls will be a great way to start the day.
