Quick And Easy Protein Frittatas
We have an eggscellent recipe for you! There are so many ways to make scrambled eggs and we're going to show you how to make yours easy and delicious.
Our secret hack? A shaker cup with a mixer ball!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup water (room temperature)
- 6 eggs
- to taste green onion
- to taste herbs (garlic, parsley, salt and pepper)
- 1 scoop Natural NutraLean
- to taste cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Put water in a cup, crack eggs into the cup, add green onion, and herbs.
- Shake it up.
- Add in 1 scoop of Natural NutraLean, and shake again.
- Spray muffin tin with olive oil.
- Pour eggs into muffin tin.
- Sprinkle cheese on top. (optional)
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
