Classic Raspberry Vanilla Protein Cheesecake

Healthy homemade cheesecake recipe! I never tell anyone this Raspberry Vanilla Protein Cheesecake is sugar-free gluten-free nut-free or full of protein and fiber when I serve it. But everyone who tries it says that it's sooo delicious! So, YES! Cheesecake can be HEALTHY and DELICIOUS.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 PKG | Cream Cheese
  • 3 | Eggs
  • 1 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1/2 Cup | RTD Protein Drink or Heavy Cream
  • 2 TSP | Lemon Zest or Extract
  • 3/4 Cup | Stevia
  • 1 TBSP | Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup | Fresh Raspberries

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix room temperature cream cheese, eggs, protein drink, lemon extract, vanilla, and stevia together in a mixer stand until smooth
  3. Gently fold in fresh raspberries
  4. Pour over crust
  5. Bake for 20 mins
  6. Reduce temperature to 300
  7. Bake 25-28 mins 
  8. Let cool and serve the next day

 

Recipe makes 12 pieces
