Classic Raspberry Vanilla Protein Cheesecake
Healthy homemade cheesecake recipe! I never tell anyone this Raspberry Vanilla Protein Cheesecake is sugar-free gluten-free nut-free or full of protein and fiber when I serve it. But everyone who tries it says that it's sooo delicious! So, YES! Cheesecake can be HEALTHY and DELICIOUS.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 PKG | Cream Cheese
- 3 | Eggs
- 1 Cup | Vanilla Nutralean
- 1/2 Cup | RTD Protein Drink or Heavy Cream
- 2 TSP | Lemon Zest or Extract
- 3/4 Cup | Stevia
- 1 TBSP | Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup | Fresh Raspberries
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix room temperature cream cheese, eggs, protein drink, lemon extract, vanilla, and stevia together in a mixer stand until smooth
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries
- Pour over crust
- Bake for 20 mins
- Reduce temperature to 300
- Bake 25-28 mins
- Let cool and serve the next day
