High Protein Meatballs

Turkey is an excellent lean source of protein as well as iron, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, vitamin B6 and niacin, which are essential for the body’s energy production. These meat balls are packed with extra protein and prebiotic fiber, thanks to Natural Nutralean! Try stuffing them with cheese and serve with a side salad for a quick delicious meal on those busy days! 


  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1/2 cup Natural Nutralean 

  • minced garlic cloves

  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • egg (beaten)


  1. Mix ingredients and shape into balls approximately 1” across
  2. Oven method: Bake at 375 for approximately 15-20 minutes until the centre is no longer pink and outside is browned. Meat thermometer should read at least 165 degrees.
  3. Skillet method: Spray a non stick pan lightly with olive oil. Cook meatballs for 5-6 minutes or until cooked all the way through and evenly browned on the outside. You will likely have to cook in separate batches unless you have a very large pan.
  4. Enjoy!
