Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry


  • 1 lb. beef, thinly sliced
  • 3 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • olive or coconut oil for cooking beef


    • 1 scoop Natural Nutralean
    • 2 cloves garlic minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced or grated ginger
    • 1/4 cup soya sauce or coconut aminos
    • 1 cup beef broth
    • 1 teaspoon sweetener 
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil


    • pinch of salt and black pepper or to taste
    • pinch of red pepper chili flakes or sesame seeds


    1. Cut the beef into very thin strips. 
    2. Blanch the broccoli for two minutes in boiling water, drain well and set aside.  
    3. In a large wok or frying pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. 
    4. Add beef and stir fry until browned. Remove from pan.
    5. Add broccoli, garlic and ginger to pan and stir-fry until broccoli is tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
    6. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together Natural Nutralean, soya sauce, sesame oil and beef broth until no lumps appear.
    7. Pour prepared Nutralean mixture over broccoli. 
    8. Return the beef to the pan.
    9. Stir fry until heated through and ingredients are evenly mixed. 
    10. Top with optional seasonings and enjoy!

      Quick Tip:

      Serve over cauliflower rice.
