Quick And Easy Magic Egg Cups

We’ve already brought you cake in a cup and now we’re bringing you breakfast in a cup! These delicious egg cups are super easy, insanely yummy, AND they’ll keep you full for hours! Packed with protein and prebiotic fiber, this one-dish breakfast is ready to go in minutes! Eggy, cheesy, tastes like it shouldn't be healthy, breakfast in a cup is the best way to start your day. Throw in whatever veggies you like, and top with your favourite cheese for a unique egg cup every time! Did we mention you’ll lose weight, too? It’s almost too good to be true!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 scoop of Natural Nutralean
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbs sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbs heavy whipping cream or milk of choice
  • To taste veggies of choice 
  • To taste salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mug and whisk with a fork.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir egg cup contents and microwave for an additional 60 seconds.

This recipe makes one serving.
