Raspberry Eggnog Protein Bark


You didn’t think eggnog could get any better, did you? Well, introducing insanely delicious, mouth-watering raspberry eggnog bark.  Packed with 100% whey protein, prebiotic fiber, and healthy fats, this bark will keep you full for hours and won’t sacrifice your weight-loss goals.  Low-carb, low-sugar, and absolutely nut-free and gluten-free, this treat is perfect for everyone in your family. Take it with you to your holiday gatherings and feel proud knowing you’ve stuck to your goals this Christmas.  You’ll get that same spicy goodness that you love in your eggnog, combined with the sweet burst of deliciousness from the raspberries.  This year, we’re asking Santa for bags of Nutralean. INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Nutralean
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or cranberries (diced)
  • 1 tsp rum flavouring 
  • A sprinkle of nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix coconut oil and Vanilla Nutralean and rum flavouring.
  2. Pour into a pie plate lined with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle just a bit of nutmeg and chopped raspberries.
  4. Freeze for 30 min and enjoy.

Keep in the freezer until served.
(lasts about 3-4 weeks if sealed).

This rRecipe makes 1 pan or 12 pieces.
