Easy Chocolate Chip Toaster Pancakes
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup coconut oil
To taste sugar-free chocolate chips
Whisk your eggs and add coconut oil, and milk.
Mix in coconut flour, Vanilla Nutralean, baking soda and baking powder.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Use a spatula to level out your batter.
Add sugar-free chocolate chips to pancake once it's in the pan.
Bake at 350 for 12-13 min.
Let cool, Cut pancakes and enjoy!
